From flavoursome pheasant pies to right-good rabbit stew, we use the best of Scotland’s natural produce to serve delicious wild cuisine from our roving Sankey Field Kitchen. Because we care passionately about food provenance, we only w
ork with the people who hunt, fish, grow and forage for Scotland’s tastiest produce. Travelling around in our lovingly-restored and trusty old (1961!) Series 2 Land Rover, we source food directly from local game-dealers, farms, and Scotland’s tastiest hedgerows, so that as the food seasons change, our dishes do too!
