I recently had the pleasure of creating this custom wreath, designed especially to suit my customer’s wishes. 💛🧡

Packed full of gorgeous autumnal colours, sunflowers, deep burgundy blooms and lots of little details, this one was an absolute joy to make! 🍂🌻

Monday again and a brand-new week to smash! 🌸💪

What a braw morning for a wee delivery over the water to Larbert 😎🌺

KC Creations is available Monday to Friday this week, then I’m heading off to Belfast for the weekend to celebrate my boy’s 30th Birthday! 💙🥳

A florist’s “quieter day” is usually anything but quiet 😂🌸

It’s the perfect time to:

* 🌿 Clean and condition fresh stock
* 🧽 Clean buckets, vases and the workspace
* 💐 Make up ready-to-go arrangements
* 📦 Restock packaging, ribbons, cards and sundries
* 📱 Take photos and create social media content
* 📝 Catch up on messages, enquiries and orders
* 🚐 Clean and organise the delivery van
* ✂️ Prepare materials for upcoming weddings and funeral orders
* 🧹 Give the workshop a proper deep clean
* ☕ And finally… grab a cuppa before the phone rings and chaos begins again! 😂

For a small florist like KC Creations, those quieter days are also when all the behind-the-scenes jobs get done—the bits customers don’t always see but that keep everything running smoothly. 🌸

☀️ MONDAY AGAIN… HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?! 😂

Last week was a proper mixed bag! It started off relatively quiet and I was thinking… “Ooooh, this might be a quiet one!” 🤔😂

Then Wednesday arrived and BOOM 💥🌺 the orders came flying in!

One thing I’ve definitely learnt since starting this business is that you really cannot predict it! 😂 I used to stress a wee bit when the diary looked quiet at the beginning of the week, but I’ve quickly realised that can change in the blink of an eye! 👀

People order their flowers when they need them, and quite often it’s a very spontaneous “I need flowers… TODAY!” 😂💐

And I LOVE it! 🥰
