❤️ A first for me today and definitely the way I hope things can move for families to get exactly the right service for their loved one. I was asked to deliver a eulogy as part of a Catholic Mass to honour the life of the most lovely gentleman; a character and just one of life’s gems.
It was his wishes for a Catholic funeral, the church was a very important part of his life …….. his journey and story was exceptionally important to his lovely daughters, grandchildren and family …… so we worked together in the church he attended to give him a balance of everything.
There is no one way to say goodbye; working together can make things as personal as possible while honoring the rituals and beliefs which have been woven through someone’s life ❤️
