A throwback to a beautiful custom backdrop that I created at Piperdam Weddings & Events. This was designed to look more like an arch style backdrop for the ceremony and then with a bit of my magic, transformed easily into a backdrop for behind the top table for the wedding breakfast!!! Some names are simply business names.

And some become part of your story.

Today, I’m incredibly excited to announce that the name many of you will remember is officially coming home…

I’ve made the decision to return to the name under which I built my business, worked with wonderful couples and venues, and created so many incredible memories.

And strangely enough, the decision became crystal clear this week.

I was completely by chance at a bus stop with my daughter when I bumped into someone who works at a hotel I used to work closely with.

She looked at me and asked:

“Are you the Sparkle Magic lady?”

And honestly… something clicked.

Because I realised…

Maybe I never stopped being her.
I just stopped using the name.

So today, Sparkle Magic Events is officially back.

But this isn't going backwards.

This is Sparkle Magic, reimagined.

A name from my past.

A name that still means so much to me.

A week has gone by already since Emma & Lewis's wedding at the beautiful Rufflets St Andrews. The colour palette that Emma chose was beautiful. I loved creating this for their wedding and seeing it shine on the day itself and I can't wait to create more! I'm imaging these in autumnal and winter flowers…. they would look amazing!!
This one was beautiful, just like the couple it was for!!!

A great design meeting this afternoon and I’m so excited to be working with these beautiful colours for a wedding in November at Chambers East. It’s going to be beautiful. Now I get to work designing the welcome sign, creating a mock up of the centrepiece which will also be used for aisle decor and a beautiful arch. All custom designed and created for my couple.

What are you doing today? I spent this morning up at my storage unit sorting out flowers and doing some tidying up.
