ATTENTION ALL BRIDES AND GROOMS (with wedding insurance)
PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL YOUR WEDDING DATE.
Please allow your VENUE to cancel in accordance with government advice. In this way you will be covered for the full payments for all of your wedding expenditures.
I appreciate this sounds counter intuitive right now. But where venues have cancelled (due to planned closure) this has been the case.
(If you receive a full payment for your wedding day, may I ask that you think about the suppliers who were available for your day, and would be available for a second date as a consequence of postponement... 90% of us are sole traders or very small businesses).
