The Kinloch Anderson Sundial is a monument in Edinburgh's Inverleith Park, donated by Councillor W. Joseph Kinloch Anderson in 1890 and restored by the Kinloch Anderson company in 2018 to celebrate its 150th anniversary. The sundial features four faces pointing to the compass points and has a unique "Sundial tartan" designed to commemorate the event, which is based on the Anderson Clan tartan with added details like gold lines representing the company's Royal Warrants.
I was privileged to welcome members of Scots DG pipe band and former Queens Piper D.Potter into Planet Studio for two days recording to record and produce an EP written by Mr Potter for Kinloch Anderson.
It was two days I will never forget, absolutely incredible.
This is one of my favourites from the EP, the title speaks for itself. Enjoy.
