☎️ The Totstars Foot Phone is always ringing…

Every week we answer the phone with our feet. 😂👣

It might look like a hip stretch to everyone else, but our little ones know exactly what’s happening. One week we’re getting a call to visit The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🐛, the next we’re chatting to pirates, dinosaurs or whoever our adventure takes us to!

It’s one of those silly little traditions that always gets the biggest smiles. ❤️

Our colourful parachute sessions are more than just fun. They encourage visual tracking, body awareness, anticipation, social interaction and early communication skills—all through play. 💛

And yes… the grown-ups might enjoy it just as much as the little ones! 🌈✨

Every week, a different puppet pops in to say hello… and the excitement never gets old!

What looks like simple fun is actually packed with learning. Puppets encourage:

Watching little faces light up when our weekly visitor arrives is one of our favourite moments. 💛

Big feelings start with little breaths. 💛🌈

Our breathing balls make taking slow, deep breaths fun and engaging. As they open and close, children can see their breathing, making it much easier to copy and understand.

✨ Supports emotional regulation
🌈 Bright colours encourage visual engagement and focus
🫁 Deep breathing helps calm the nervous system
💙 Builds body awareness and mindfulness
🤲 Strengthens hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
