Lockerbie Gala & Riding of the Marches and
The RH Youth Organisation presents:

🔵⚪ Lockerbie Gala Fun Day! ⚪🔵

We are teaming up with the Gala Committee again this year to bring the community a fantastic, free, family fun day to kick start the Gala festivities!

On Saturday 23rd of May between 12pm-4pm on the land behind Lockerbie Ice Rink, we will be hosting a range of different activities for you all to have a go at free of charge! We will have bouncy castles from Potts amusements, obstacle course, water slides, soft archery and axe throwing, craft tent, train rides and much more!

We will also have archery for 8+ with a taster of 6 free arrows inside the Ice-Rink with RHYO Archery Club. 🎯

There will also be optional paid extras on the day which will have a charge such as ice-cream, hot dogs, hair braiding and temporary tattoos. 🍦🌭

We hope to see many of you there! 😊

We had the lorry undergo its annual service today. Although it has only covered 6,000 miles since its previous service, we believe in maintaining all of our vehicles and rides to a high standard, ensuring they remain safe, reliable, and well cared for through proactive routine maintenance.🔧🛠️🔧

🚗 DRIVER WANTED 🚗

We’re looking for a reliable, easy-going driver to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone retired or anyone with a flexible schedule and minimal commitments.

👉 What you’ll be doing:
• Driving to events across the UK
• Setting up & packing down children’s fairground equipment
• Operating rides during events
• Nice, straightforward work – nothing too heavy or complicated

👉 What we need from you:
• Confident and comfortable towing
• Happy to travel
• Available Thursday/Friday through to Sunday/Monday

👉 What we offer:
