Join us for a Supper Club to set the scene for an unforgettable evening of opera under the Scottish sky! 💫
We've been working with the brilliant Hullabaloo To You to create a menu that feels as beautiful as the music. Slow-cooked Barwhillanty venison ragù over Galloway pasta, sharing plates of chargrilled estate lamb marinated in lemon, oregano and garlic, finished on the Argentinian grill. Alongside, a spread of caprese salad, orange and fennel, Italian beans, ciabatta and focaccia with oil and balsamic—oh, and tiramisù bites, because no Italian feast is complete without something sweet.
