Any bookings from today will require a cleaning/damage deposit to be paid. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, however moving forward, we feel this is the best thing to do for our business to ensure we can continue to provide you with the best, cleanest and safe product we can.

This will be detailed in our terms and conditions sent to all customers prior to booking. We’re more than happy to discuss further if anyone has any questions 🥰
