Last night we headed back to the Cameron house lodges were we catered a private dinner party for 8 people!

This is the third time now we have hosted a private dinner party for this same family 🥰

Exactly 3 weeks till Christmas people!!! 🎄🎅

This is your first warning to get those Xmas orders in! I will be closing my books on the 14th of December! Which means after that point you will only be able to get any spares on the day!

Smashing it today I would say 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

2 buffets this morning - one for 10 one for 45

Hospitality catering at Dumbarton football club - sit down 3 course meal for 94 and a half time buffet for 110

A private dinner party tonight at Hollybank House near Arrochar for 10 people

We have had a total of a 15 minute break the entire day today 😂

But I’m glad to say we are home, grabbed a quick bite to eat for dinner and are officially finished for the day after an intense and stressful 15 hour shift 👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳

To start it all again tomorrow 🙌🏻 (although not as busy I’m glad to say) couple of buffets in the morning then I’m doing a lovely brunch chef shift in the coffee shop 🖤

It’s hard work having 2 businesses 😂

We are on the hunt for an EXPERIENCED Kitchen Porter to help us on football hospitality days at Dumbarton!

It’s getting that busy that we are needing someone in addition to our existing team! Numbers are in to the 100’s and it’s just to much for 1 person!

You must be able to work 2-3 Saturdays a month! 12-4pm!

We really need someone with experience! It’s a fast paced environment!

What a busy few days 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Today alone I have been a prep chef, kitchen porter, delivery driver, front of house, owner & bistro chef. It’s literally been insane 😂

Yesterday we catered a 2 part event for 60 people. They had fruit platters, sandwiches, cakes, scones & lentil soup (got absolutely no pictures 😂 so just picture it in your head lol)

Last night we delivered a boardroom buffet to the football club for people to enjoy at halftime

Today we delivered this lot of goodies up to paisley road west to a work place - already got the feedback… they loved it 🎉🙌🏻😁

Tonight we worked the bistro night in Roo’s Kitchen 👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳

Tomorrow is another full on day! I’m Sharon’s skivvy in the coffee shop all day to cover holidays (wish me luck and the hope I don’t get shouted at 😂) all whilst getting the prep done for the football club on Saturday. Did someone say the busiest football hospitality yet? 🤔 yes.. yes they did. And throw 3 buffets in on Saturday morning? Yeah sure why not 🤦🏼‍♀️

We would have it any other way? Yeah maybe at moments like this 😂😂 when it’s 10.12pm at night and we have just finished a 15.5 hour shift 😂

It’s mine and Amy’s 5th wedding anniversary today so we are having a relaxing morning then heading to Glasgow for an early dinner & then going to a surprise I have booked after!

We will get back to all messages tomorrow 🫶🏻

In the meantime.. keep sending in those Christmas orders! We have very limited availability left this year for catering so make sure your getting booked in advance!
