It’s definitely been a minute since I have been posting on here

Life is just kinda getting in the way, I’m currently on day 8 out of 18 working straight in the coffee shop covering holidays. We have been catering so many events during the day and at night recently and I have been busy getting all my clothes pressed and packed for launching my second collection for my new clothing brand love_from_clothingco

Things have been crazy, we have been working mega hours & have been getting absolutely no pictures of anything 😂

We have very limited availability for event catering at weekends for the rest of the year! Thank you for keeping us so busy 🖤

The coffee shop - Roo’s kitchen has been absolutely insane lately.. the mega amount of people that has been coming through the door lately for both sit in and takeaway always baffles me as to where you all come from 😂

But we are genuinely so thankful to have such successful businesses especially because daily I read about local businesses that close and it scares me! The government certainly don’t make it easy but we are lucky to keep paddling through the water on a daily basis

I have had a few people ask me about bistro nights.. I wanted to bring them back for August but with me working for so many weeks I just don’t have it in me, September is already looking crazy busy and we are away for a weeks holiday at the end of the month. So maybe October? 🫣 I know you are missing them but it would just be a lot at the moment. And I want to give it my 100%

That’s all for now I think 😂 don’t be surprised if it takes me another 10 days or so to post 😂

A crazy busy day and it’s not even over yet 🤭

This morning we catered an event for 40 people, then we had football hospitality which I actually got pictures off! Seeing as it’s the new menus for this season! Now tonight we are off back to the football club to cater a hot & cold buffet for 140!

On Friday we had the absolute pleasure to cater our friends wedding 💒 Debbie who also works in the coffee shop got married and I offered to do the catering 🥰

After the ceremony the guests had some sandwiches & wraps as well as some cupcakes that Debbie made herself which were absolutely delicious 😋

At night I then provided a hot & cold buffet and trying to stay sober enough to put all this out was funny 😂 I was having a great time being a guest at the wedding and laughing and dancing 💃🏻 with everyone 🎉🎉

For the nighttime buffet I made the following!

Sandwiches
Wraps
Mac n cheese
Hot Cajun chicken pasta
Beef chilli
Sausage rolls
Black pudding sausage rolls
Mac n cheese rolls
Scotch eggs
Sweet chilli chicken skewers
Coleslaw
Potato salad

This was one from Saturday just past!

The customer was delighted with it and had messaged saying it was a showstopper!

It went along with a buffet for collection and we also had 2 more events being catered on Saturday!

Not long now until the football hospitality starts back up! The first game is sold out already!

One from yesterday 😍 the customer just wanted a simple vanilla sponge with butter icing & strawberry jam 🍓🍓🍰🍰
