Job description
We are looking for experienced Bar staff/ waiter/waitress who are as passionate about hospitality as we are, to join the team at Belair House.
What are we looking for?
In this role, you will be working with a professional team ensuring all-conference, wedding, private banqueting, restaurant and events are set up and run to company standard and in accordance with guest requirements. You will provide a professional and smooth service throughout the event, ensuring standards are met.
We are looking for well-presented individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests. Applicants must have a professional and approachable manner and have the ability to establish rapport whilst delivering high standards in service in a busy environment and be available to work evenings and weekends
Serving on the bar and to tables
working events and restaurant
making cocktails
Collecting glasses, cleaning bar and equipment
Setting up drinks for Wedding Breakfasts, welcome drinks and evening parties
Greet and get to know our guests in a warm and friendly way.
Work with your colleagues to ensure that drinks are delivered in a timely manner of the highest quality.
Set up and moving of furniture for weddings & events
100% customer focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude
An eye for detail.
