What a weekend. What an atmosphere. What a crowd. What a celebration. 🥹

The very first Himley Live gave us memories we’ll be talking about for a very long time.

To every single person who came through the gates, thank you.
To the artists, performers, musicians, DJs and incredible production teams, thank you.
To the crew, volunteers, security, stewards, traders and everyone working behind the scenes, thank you.
And to everyone who sang, danced, laughed, cheered, brought their friends and made Himley Live what it is, this one was yours. ❤️

⚡️ WELL… THAT WASN’T IN THE FORECAST. ⚡️

Tonight certainly didn’t go to plan.

After an incredible evening at Himley Live, a lightning storm moved into the area and, unfortunately, we were forced to stop the event 😒

We know how disappointing that is. You came to Himley to dance, sing, celebrate and have a bloody good night and we’re genuinely sorry that the weather brought things to an unexpected end 😭

But when lightning is on the horizon, there’s only one priority: keeping everyone safe 🫂

A huge thank you to everyone who followed the instructions of our event team, stayed patient and helped us manage the situation safely. ❤️

And yes… we really did get an Act of God tonight. ⚡️
