Extraordinary Events Extraordinary Events will be bringing a new concept in Music and Arts Festivals starting in May 2021

So covid put a halt to our plans. However we are pleased to say, this week we broke ground and works are steaming forward now to prepare the initial 49 acres for our planned events. We can’t guarantee anything this year, but next year could be the launch of some extraordinary events. Keep you eye on our page for periodical prep and construction updates.

What an awful year this has been. We had great plans for our site this year, but every time we planned something, the guidelines changed and we had to forget everything. But not all is lost, we have a lot of work going on on the site. We are planning for next year. As soon as we are able to do a mass gathering music event we will let everyone know. At present we are constructing at 5k and 10k mud run obstacle course, that we plan to open First week in March 2021. The run will take you through a disused quary, that was last used in the 18 hundreds, through 30 acres of woodland featuring some of the toughest obstacles co designed by the Army, Marines and myself. More information will be posted over the next month as construction advances.

Well what a shocking year it has been for the entertainment industry. So many great plans for this year at our unique site. Well the site isn’t going anywhere. As soon as we can progress with our arts and music events. We will let you know. In the meantime on the site we are are putting together a 5k and 10k mud run obstacle course. This course will run through Forrest, a disused stone quarry. It will be the most challenging, permanent course in the UK. We will start posting progress pictures and information within the next two weeks. The course will be opening in March 2021.

Extraordinary Events have secured long term exclusive rights to over 100 acres of picturesque woodland and grassland, in which, we shall be staging upto 4 long-weekend events and several one day events.

The first of these being a Drive in Rave for up to 2,500 cars, featuring surround sound & hostess service bringing the bar to your car.
Designed to conform to the social distancing policy currently in place.

Our second event will be The Sundown Music and Arts Festival planned for August 2022.
From the Friday to Monday, we will be welcoming 25,000 people, families included, to experience...
*3 day time arenas covering six genres of dance music
*4 secret night time stages hidden in 20 acres of woodland
*The Mad Hatters Lost Stage
*Peter Pans Forever Young Stage - 70 feet up in the trees
*The Fire Pit Point - with all night entertainment
*Giant art installations created by students from Sheffield, Derby & Nottingham universities situated throughout the whole site
*Family festival activities from crafts to circus skills
*Eco-learning with guided visit to the honey bee hives on site
*VIP Pod Camping
*VIP Warrior Tipi Camping
*Family Camping Area
*and much more to be confirmed...

If you were a raver 25 years ago or love it now, why not bring your friends or whole family to experience the music you love in picturesque, safe and secure surroundings. (The stages will be closed to children after 8pm)
