Another glorious day for a wedding!
Today we served one of my favourite meals ………a selection of canapés at the drinks reception
Followed by deconstructed Beef Wellington (forgot to take a photo!) with red wine jus
And a Mushroom and rarebit parcel for the vegetarians

Finished with sticky toffee pudding, with extra sauce and cream

Pulled pork on stuffed potato skins with sour cream and chive
Hummus and tzatziki with vegetable sticks

Feta and watermelon salad
Broccoli and cheese salad
Greek salad
Coleslaw
Superfood salad
Spinach bowl

Followed by bite size Chocolate Brownie, Victoria sponge, coffee and chocolate eclairs and cheesecake shots
