🌿 Thank You for the Incredible Response! 🌿

We’ve been genuinely blown away by your interest in organic produce, it’s clear there’s real appetite for it, and we’re excited to take the next step.

We’re expecting our first delivery of 100% organic fruit & veg next week so please do keep an eye on our page for updates.

A quick note: organic produce is a little different to handle. The range can be more limited, shelf life is naturally shorter, and prices can’t always be compared directly to conventional produce. Organic farming has lower yields and higher standards, and that’s reflected in the end product.

We’re committed to offering you fresh, honest, seasonal organic produce as part of what we do here at Rafters. But to make this work, we really do need the support of our customers. We're giving this a real go, but like everything we do, it needs to be sustainable and we’d never want something that becomes a financial strain on the business.

We’ll start small, listen carefully, and grow it with your feedback.

A Taste of What’s to Come!

Last night Tracy and I were invited over to Café Norah in Cottingham for one of their French evenings and what a night it was! The place was packed, not a spare seat in sight. The food was exceptional, the service faultless, and the atmosphere spot on. You could’ve easily been in a little bistro in Provence.

They run a few themed evenings like this each month in Cottingham, and I really believe this will go down a storm in Driffield once they’re up and running. Our town is crying out for something like this! relaxed, welcoming, something a bit different, and run by people who really care about what they’re doing.

The Cafe Norah Driffield is coming along fast now and Cassie and Maddie tell me they’re aiming to open on the 9th of July. They’re already getting enquiries for bookings, which tells you everything really!

We took a few photos from last night below so you can see for yourself. Safe to say, Tracy and I left absolutely buzzing! We can’t wait for Driffield to get a taste of it.
