✨ A Sad Goodbye ✨

This has been a very difficult decision, but for many many reasons, the right choice. For now it's goodbye. Thank you to all my lovely customers, friends and family over the last four years. I'm so proud of how far Scatter and Slice went and the opportunities it gave me to explore a real passion.

My new role is going to keep me busy for a while, although I may reopen for select orders in 2026. Keep your eyes open!

All upcoming orders will be honoured or contacted to advise on options.

What an absolute beauty this cake was to create for a beautiful wedding this weekend. This is absolutely winning one of my favourite cakes I've ever made(!)

The bottom layer was a Jamaican Rum Fruit Cake. The middle layer was Coffee and Walnut. And the top layer was Coconut.

I've been told it was 'Out of this World' 😍
