We are actually a Charity that survives on fundraising events we hold throughout the year, members that attend on Saturday nights and functions that people book. Well our venue can hold a variety of events (just see below for some ideas from past functions), you can decorate the rooms or ask us to recommend someone to help out for your event, you can visit the venue without any obligation to book,
you only need to pay a small deposit to secure your booking, you can cater as you like...we are here to make your event enjoyable! How many people...? Our venue consists of two rooms; we have a lower intimate function room that can hold upto 50 people then we have the stunning main room that can hold upto 150 people. Need some inspiration for functions...? Birthday party, retirement do, wedding reception, engagement party, anniversaries, hen party, stag do, christening, baby shower, family gatherings, candle party, silent disco, karaoke night, murder mystery, presentation ceremony, quiz time, oompah night, masked ball, occasion dancing, tribute events, jumble sales, fashion show, themed parties and more...then just contact us to book it
But what if your a business...? Don't panic, our rooms can also be setup to accommodate local business conferences, seminars and meetings, even a networking event, product launch or teambuilding exercise. Do you open during the week too...? Yes, we can either hold a function or on a Thursday afternoon we have some tea dancing which is open to anyone to come along and have a go. What else do we have on...? Every Saturday evening we put on a live local artist to entertain our loyal members and have a game of bingo too but we are always welcoming to guests...who knows you might even want to become a member too
