Good evening Blakeawayers.
So, hopefully you all had a good summer and now the nights are getting darker, it seems a good idea to get this going again.
I am very pleased to announce that the next Saturday Night Blakeaway will be on 21st October.
3 course menu prepared by the Michelin man and delivered to you ready to reheat and enjoy.
£30 per person
Free delivery to BH postcodes. Please order by Sunday 15th October.

Menu
To start
Butternut squash & ricotta tortellini, vegetable ribbons and sage noisette butter.

Main
Ballotine of chicken stuffed with a pistachio mousse. Served with roasted onion purée, root vegetable & potato Rosti. Madeira sauce.

Veggie option
Braised leek ‘Kiev’. Served with roasted onion purée, root vegetable & potato Rosti. Madeira sauce.

Dessert
Callebaut chocolate and orange pot, segments and amaretti biscuits.

Good afternoon and Happy Easter 🐣.
Sorry for the radio silence, but it’s been a busy few months.
I am very pleased to announce that the next Saturday Night Blakeaway will be on 29th April.
3 course menu prepared by the Michelin man and delivered to you ready to reheat and enjoy.
£30 per person

Menu
To start
Moroccan spiced vegetable, lentil and chick pea ragu with koobideh (meatballs) and sumac/tahini yoghurt. Pita crisps

Main
Ballotine of chicken stuffed with a pistachio mousse. Served with jersey royals, roasted cauliflower, spring greens and thyme scented cream sauce.

Dessert
Lemon verbena infused creamy rice pudding topped with seasonal rhubarb and stem ginger.

Veggie options
To start

To start - Tear n share Camembert - A Camembert baked in focaccia dough with smoked garlic & thyme. Served with tomato & onion seed chutney.

Main - Fillet of beef Wellington, root vegetable dauphinois, Savoy cabbage and Poivrade sauce

Dessert - Chocolate brownie, mascarpone cheese & blueberries
