A week of ups and downs in summer time flower trading. Starting the week , kicking off with sumptuous sunflowers for Somerset, lucky to be blessed with sunshine and a visit from the fantastic flower arrangers . Thursday morning was an absolute wash out with a torrential downpour pour hitting the flower stall in Christchurch. Initially the pressure got to me and I was close to packing up and going home but I stuck it out and used the quite trading hours to get prepped and got stuck in to making bouquets, a lovely visit from and much to my delight the rain eased and the sun returned. in Christchurch was a dry day filled with hydrangeas and peony bouquets. Back to Somerset yesterday for a super fun filled day with colour, flowers and good times for Wells pride 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈.
So happy to be on my way to this morning with a van filled to the brim with mix of seasonal plants and beautiful blooms. So if you’re looking for something to do it’s going to be another fantastic market day full of lots of unique stalls, yummy food and entertainment, be sure to come and say hi!!
