Last weekend was a very special one.

I had the joy of helping dear friends bring their wedding day together. Not just as a planner but as someone who genuinely wanted every part of there day to feel calm, beautiful, personal and completely them.

The truth is, every wedding I work on matters deeply to me. I care about the details, the flow of the day, the atmosphere, the guest experience, and how my couples feel throughout it all.

This one simply came with the added privilege of knowing the people behind the plans before the planning began.
A beautiful day for wonderful people, and such a special one to be part of.

Two days ago, A&M called us after deciding they no longer wanted to head home after their civil ceremony. Instead, they wanted to create a moment to properly celebrate with their closest people.

The brief was simple. A beautiful lunch, private and intimate, somewhere close to Surrey but not in London.

So, within 48 hours, we brought everything together at Fairmont Windsor Park with a private table set inside The Library. Calm, elegant, personal, and exactly what the day needed to feel like.

Having .certe as the resident florist made the logistics incredibly smooth, allowing everything to come together quickly without losing the attention to detail that matters so much in these smaller celebrations.

It is in these last minute moments that experience really matters. Knowing where to go, who to call, what will work beautifully, and how to make fast decisions without the day ever feeling rushed.

What a journey this past year has been, planning your wedding alongside you and your wonderful family. There were so many moving parts, so many conversations, decisions, details and moments that led us here, and seeing it all come together on the day was incredibly special.

Thank you for trusting me with such an important chapter of your lives. It has been a real privilege.

A wedding like this is never created by one person alone. It takes a village, and I am so, so grateful to the brilliant team who gave their time, care, talent and energy to make the day feel as beautiful as it did.

A ballroom like this does not need to shout.

At the Corinthia, the architecture already does so much of the work: the height, the columns, the moulding, the soft sweep of the curtains, the way the light catches every detail.

For this design, it was about leaning into the grandeur of the room rather than competing with it. Soft lavender tones, candlelight, clear chairs, crisp white linen and floral colour that lifted the space without taking away from the architecture.

The result felt elegant, romantic and full of presence, exactly the kind of room that makes guests pause as they walk in.
