We are in Chichester this weekend for our third and penultimate Cheese & Chilli Festival before Guildford.

We held our first event of the year at the weekend. The Christchurch, Dorset Cheese & Chilli Festival. Near record crowds and a fantastic atmosphere. We loved it. The event season is upon us now. Over to Christchurch this weekend for the Christchurch BIDs Food Fest Local. We can’t wait to help support the event.

We have two new events live on Event Squirrel now! (www.eventsquirrel.co.uk).

The first is Fareham's Big Weekend, July the 12th and 13th on West Street in the city centre. We can only accept food and drink traders (no plants, arts and crafts, face painters, charities etc). We have 38 pitches available, so spaces are limited.

The second is two weekends at Brewery Square, Dorchester for their Christmas markets on the 22nd/23rd of November (for the Christmas light switch on) and the 6th/7th of December. We have 55 spaces for this, and are looking for mainly retail/arts and crafts with a couple of bars and hot food/dessert traders.

Applications for both are currently being considered and if you have already applied, we should be letting you know soon if you have been successful.

We are thrilled to announce that the Highcliffe Food & Arts Festival is now officially SOLD OUT for food and drink trade spaces! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who showed interest in being part of this fantastic event. The overwhelming response from traders has been incredible, and we can’t wait to showcase an amazing selection of food, arts, and crafts this year.

🎆 Great evening last night with the Guildford Lions Club at the annual Fireworks Fiesta! The atmosphere was electric with thousands in attendance and fantastic feedback from everyone. Really proud to have played a part in making this event happen. Thanks to everyone who joined us for an unforgettable night! 🎇

Don't miss out 😱😱

All our events are currently live on our Event Squirrel portal (www.eventsquirrel.co.uk). This system has been designed by us to make it easy for you to track your application journey and apply to a variety of events whilst not having to keep uploading documents. All you need to do is create an account and apply away. When emailed asking for your documents, simply return to your account and upload them (the first time has to be done by you).

Once your documents have been approved by Vee, these are kept in your account and you will receive an email for any other events you have been accepted for. Then, when the documents expire, both the portal and Vee will email you. She can then upload them for you if you email them to her, or you can return to your account to do it.
