AND THAT’S A WRAP..... 🩷

3 amazing years, so many opportunities, so many amazing experiences and a million reasons to be happy and proud of all that we have achieved!

I wanted to put a really big post on this, but if I’m totally honest, I can’t find the words to say it because it’s just too emotional of a post to write.

What I will say is that this industry has literally brought us the most amazing experiences. We’ve met the most wonderful people and we have truly loved everything about the past 3 years!
I came into this industry not having a clue what I was doing and by putting the hard work in, we were up for a Balloon Artist Award in our first year! 🥹🎈

But things have changed so much within the industry. The rising costs, the DIY’ers and the cost of living crisis have all played a part and, if I’m being totally honest, it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. 😢

This isn’t a total goodbye. We’ll still dabble our hands into the industry every now and again when our friends and family want us, because I don’t think I could ever completely walk away from something that has been such a huge part of our lives.

But what better way to finish than with Breastie! 🩷🎈

It felt like the perfect time to go out with a bang, doing what we love and surrounded by everything this industry has given us over the last 3 years.

To every single person who has booked us, recommended us, supported us, shared our work, cheered us on and trusted us to be part of your special occasions — thank you. 🩷

To our regular customers who came back time and time again, and especially those customers who became friends along the way… we appreciate you more than you’ll ever know.

We’ve laughed, stressed, worked ridiculously long hours, probably said “never again” more times than we’d like to admit 😂 and created some bloody amazing things along the way.

I’ll always be incredibly proud of what we built.

So for now…

𝙋𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘿.....

After a lot of thought, we have made the decision to sell a large portion of our stock, downsize our inventory, and simplify the way we operate going forward.

Over the last three years, this business has been a huge part of our lives. We have poured our hearts into every setup, every booking and every event, and we are incredibly proud of everything we have built.

However, as life changes and our children grow, I have realised that we want to spend more time enjoying family life and a little less time constantly chasing the next booking, delivery, collection and setup. Because of that, it feels like the right time to reduce the scale of the business and focus on what works best for us moving forward.

As a result, we will soon have a wide range of wedding and event prop stock available for purchase, including centrepieces, our sweet Ferris wheel, light-up numbers, 3D arch, Barbie box, cut-outs and much more.

We will be keeping some of our sequin walls, flower walls and sailboards, but the majority of our remaining stock will be available very shortly. If there is anything in particular that you may be interested in, please send us a message and we can let you know whether it will be available.

There are still some items that we need for bookings already confirmed this year, but once those events have taken place, those items will also be available to purchase. Until then, if you would like to purchase them, we would simply ask that we can have them back for any setups they are already booked for.

Going forward, we will still be offering event setups, but on a much more selective basis. We simply won't be taking on the same volume of bookings that we have in previous years. Instead, we'll be focusing on the events that best suit the direction we want the business to take moving forward.

To anyone already booked in, as well as our regular customers and venues, please don't worry — absolutely nothing will change for you. We will still be honouring all existing bookings and continuing to provide the same care and attention that we always have.

The events industry has also felt very different over the past year, and we know many others in the industry will understand exactly what we mean. Alongside that, the ongoing cost of living crisis has understandably changed priorities for many families and businesses. We completely understand that, and we are incredibly grateful to every single customer who has chosen to support us during that time.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. We have genuinely loved being part of your weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events and celebrations. Every booking, recommendation, share, message and kind word has meant more to us than you'll ever know.

This isn't the end of our journey — it's simply a new chapter and a different way of doing things.

While we'll no longer be taking on the same volume of bookings as we once did, we will still be doing the odd setup now and again, alongside the customers and venues that continue to be loyal to us and support our journey moving forward.

For now, it feels right to simplify things, spend more time with our family, and focus on enjoying the balance we've worked so hard to create.

𝙊𝙃 𝘽𝘼𝘽𝙔… it’s been a hot minute! 😂

Hello everyone long time no see!

We’ve been super busy behind the scenes and I’ve got a huge backlog of setups to share that I just haven’t had the chance to post yet. So I thought I’d kick things off this weekend with a beautiful baby shower we did a few weeks ago.

The past few months have definitely been busy. Juggling a full-time job, running your own business and having a family to look after is not for the faint-hearted, let me tell you! But we’re still here, still creating your amazing setups, and still loving every minute of it.

From weddings to birthdays to baby showers — we’ve had so many lovely events recently that we haven’t even posted yet. So keep an eye out because I’ll be catching up and sharing them all with you soon.

I’ll be honest though… as a small business, social media can completely take over your life. It’s actually been quite nice having a little break from it! I’m sure some of my fellow small business owners know exactly what I mean 😂
