A few pictures to showcase our buffet that Lotus Catering provided for a 70th Birthday Party in Kent! Amazing feed back, thanks for the opportunity Kathleen and Ivan. 🍾🥂🎉🕺🏾💃 Mediterranean Leg of lamb on a bed of spicy cous cous, dressed with pommergrate seeds and figs, stir fry chicken fried rice, stir fry curried vermicelli noodles, chicken wings done Cajun and sweet chilly style, spring rolls , samosas, charcuterie board, cheese board, chicken satay, coconut butterfly prawns, spicy chicken tandoori wraps, etc etc

Some pictures of the Buffet provided by Lotus Catering for a lovely gentleman Neil Blair’s 50th Birthday Celebrations yesterday. We were pleased everyone enjoyed the buffet of Spicy Cajun and Sweet Chilli WIngs, Spicy Stir Fry Chicken Noodles and Fried Rice, Thrice Baked Potato Skins, Meat/Veg Spring Rolls with chilli dip, luxury Quiches, fresh baked Sausage Rolls, variety of sandwiches, Luxury Cheese Cake and Lemon Drizzle Cake for sweet, to name but a few of the dishes!😋😋😋

Catered for a lovely couple, Anne and Keith, as they celebrated their Wedding Anniversary. We are delighted that they loved the Buffet and the little buffet on the end for the under ten kids too! Thank you for your kind comments. 🥂🍾🎊🎉cheers! The buffet includedSpicy Chicken Singapore vermicelli noodles, Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks, Spicy Chicken Satay with creamy peanut sauce, Sweet chilli Drumsticks and Stir Fry Chicken Fried rice to name but a few of the dishes.
