About Us
We are a busy, family-friendly soft play centre dedicated to creating fun and memorable experiences for children and their families. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Front of House & Party Host to join our team.
The Role
As a Front of House & Party Host, you will be the friendly face of our centre, welcoming guests, providing excellent customer service, and helping to deliver fantastic children’s parties.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome.
* Taking admissions and processing payments.
* Serving food and drinks in our café area.
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of customer areas.
* Hosting children’s birthday parties and special events.
* Leading party activities and ensuring guests have a great experience.
* Assisting with party setup and cleanup.
* Answering customer enquiries in person and by phone.
* Following health, safety, and safeguarding procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For
* Aged 17 years or over.
* Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children and families.
* Previous customer service, hospitality, or childcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Working Hours
