Hana & Sam’s wedding at the beautiful Smallshaw Cottages & Spa was bursting with personality from start to finish. Every little detail reflected them perfectly, proving that the best weddings are the ones where you simply throw away the rule book and do things your way.

Their gorgeous little boy was right there by their side, making the day even more special, while one of their good friends led the ceremony as celebrant (cue all the happy tears 🥹).

Guests spent the day enjoying lawn games, being completely baffled by an incredibly talented magician 🎩✨ and soaking up the sunshine, all whilst trying not to lose their hats in the Yorkshire breeze!

Hana & Sam, thank you for trusting us to be part of such an incredible day. It was relaxed, joyful, full of laughter and packed with so much love – everything a wedding should be.

We wish the three of you a lifetime of adventures together. 🤍

Sunshine, stunning tipis, festival vibes & lots of lovely engaged couples ☀️✨💍

We had the BEST time exhibiting at the beautiful with last month! It was amazing to meet so many fabulous couples planning their big day and chat all things tipi weddings, outdoor celebrations and creating unforgettable spaces.

We also loved catching up with so many brilliant wedding supplier friends — such a lovely atmosphere all round 🤍

Thank you to everyone who came to say hello and stepped inside our tipis. We’re feeling very inspired for the Summer ahead! ✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our Open Day and made it such an incredible success! We’re still smiling thinking about all the lovely couples who came to explore the tipis, soak up the atmosphere and chat all things weddings & celebrations.

And to our dream team of suppliers… you absolutely smashed it 💫

From stunning floristry, beautiful styling, delicious pizza, flowing drinks, gorgeous bell tents, fabulous stationery, elegant crockery and the magic behind the camera 📸 — every single detail was perfection.

The sunshine showed up, the tipis looked AMAZING, the vibe was everything, and the whole day felt so special.

We feel so lucky to work with such talented people and meet so many wonderful couples planning their big days.

Hands up if you’re engaged and looking for a completely unique wedding? One that will leave your friends & family with those ‘wow factor’ gasps! Now the sunshine is finally making an appearance, we’re buzzing with excitement to share a brand new field venue!

Is it just me or has it felt like 2026 for bloody ages?!

I don’t know if I’m the only one but the Christmas break is barmy for me - hardly a ‘break’ at all! I think being an event planner or for anyone in the wedding industry, it naturally spills out into your private life and you take on the role of host over the festive period.

Anyway, it’s been awful and amazing at the same time and I hope you’ve all managed as brilliantly as I have (I love to be modest, a martyr, love to moan about it, but wouldn’t have it any other way)!

We hope your festive break has been filled with fun, family, friends and Santa filled his sack with everything you wanted. Personally, I’m rather pleased to be back ‘at work’ - for some reason, I find it less stressful planning for others rather than for myself (and I’m good at it - there’s the modesty again).

Here’s to a fabulous 2026 or a year when there’s more ups than downs…let’s be realistic! One things for sure, we’re going to be part of some epic memories and that’s the reason we do what we do and we love that part.

Oh and here’s a picture of our dog…the only decent one I took over Christmas and because dogs rule…you’re welcome!
