Well today I started my 1 to 1 mental health counselling therapy session was please with how it went I started to well up 😢 through parts of it but felt good after it a lot more sessions to go feeling positive determined hopefully I can start to get to being the person I want to be gonna be hard but I’m gonna give it my all to beat this 🙏
