An update on CafeCoCo.
The Christmas break taught us a lot and opened our eyes to a lot of really important things we as a family have been missing out on over the last year.
The last 12 months in business have been an absolute whirlwind.
From walking into an empty unit in December 2021 to putting the finishing touches to our revamp and opening our small business in January 2022.
It has genuinely been an amazing experience. Making friends and meeting our customers and regulars week in week out, really justified why we decided to open the business in the first place.
Donaghmore is an amazing place with a fantastic community. We’ve been supported from the minute we opened the doors and we won’t forget this.
Unfortunately as a family we simply don’t have the time and commitment required to continue the business in its current form.
Our kids are never off the road between gymnastics, Irish dancing, football, soccer, swimming, basketball - and that’s just the small kids.
Missing out on these precious moments and watching our kids grow is something that we simply can’t afford to not be apart of.
Therefore we have decided to put CafeCoCo on the market for sale.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone to walk into a ready made and successful business in the heart of a thriving village. We jumped at the chance when it arose last year and absolutely loved every minute of it.
The business is for sale as seen to include all fixtures and fittings and to include retention of all existing outside catering contracts.
We hope that you appreciate our reason for sale and respect our decision.
Finally, we would like to thank each and everyone who has supported us over the last year in business. The local business community have been amazing and we wish continued success to each and everyone of them.
