We are thrilled with our RISC Award for our Rathgill development.

Radius Housing is delighted to have won a prestigious Award in the annual RICS Awards, which celebrate inspirational initiatives across the built environment in Northern Ireland.

Radius Housing’s development at Rathgill Bangor won the top Residential accolade for its development which provides 179 high quality social homes designed for families of varying sizes and includes twenty homes which have been specifically designed to meet the requirement of designated complex need tenants.
