One more Gala to go this summer, I'm in the Contin Hall tomorrow night!

I'll be playing a wide range of music from every decade since the 1960s - Pop, Motown, Indie, Rock etc with maybe the odd Dance classic thrown in. I'm starting at 7.30 and on till 11.30.🙂

I'm finishing off the summer with two more August gigs!

This Saturday the 23rd it's Indie night in The Mallard, I'll be starting around 9 o'clock.🙂

And next Saturday the 30th I will be playing for 4 hours at the Contin Gala Dance!

What a night at the Hopeman Gala on Saturday! I was asked to do a Madchester set so I played the likes of The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets, The Charlatans, James, Oasis, Northside etc. It seemed to go down very well, so many people came up to me afterwards to say they absolutely loved it! It was a really great crowd.

There's only one song you finish with when you play a Madchester set, I made sure I left enough time for the full 8 minutes 12 seconds.🙂

Two more cracking gigs to go in July!

On Saturday afternoon I'll be playing at Nicco's summer party for his NV2 Fitness and Nutrition customers in Muir Of Ord, Disco and House all the way for that one!🙂🙂🙂🕺🕺🕺

And next Saturday the 26th I will be at the Hopeman Gala doing a Madchester set! Lots of Indie and Baggy anthems from the late 80s and early 90s which were the soundtrack to my teenage years so really looking forward to that one as well.😀😀😀

Two great gigs yesterday! Kay's 60th during the day was brilliant will do another post about that later.

Campbell and Louise's wedding dance at night was so good, a full dancefloor all night and definitely in my top 3 favourite gigs I've ever done! Such a great crowd.

I'm bringing an absolutely mental May to a close tomorrow with 2 gigs in a day!

I will be at Fairways in Inverness from 12 o'clock for Kay's 60th birthday party then as soon as that finishes I'll be on my way to Evanton for Campbell and Louise's wedding dance. Really looking forward to both!
