Day 4 of our October Camps saw us in the scenic Ardington (Wantage). Wind, Rain and intervals of sunshine made for a tricky day but the resilient Strikers & Goalkeepers made sure plenty of football was enjoyed!

Thank you to our venues over the week for this continued support. Helping us to provide care and coaching to the young footballers in the community.

Our Keeper Camp offers position specific training for goalkeepers, working on an array of skills and techniques to make them as effective as possible in goal!

Meanwhile outfield players can enjoy our outfield training programme developing their all round game whilst focusing on what every player loves to do… score goals!

The Keeper Camp & Striker School come together in the afternoon to challenge each other in Keepers V Strikers and play in our Champions League Tournament!

KEEPER CAMP… JOIN THE FUN NEXT WEEK⚽️🧤

Keeper Camp is the perfect place for goalkeepers of all ages and abilities to develop their skills and techniques.

Throughout the day the goalkeepers work within small groups alongside our goalkeeper coaches, working on a range of goalkeeping topics from handling, footwork, diving, shot stopping, distribution, reaction saves, block saves and one v ones!

The goalkeepers also play our popular KEEPER WARS - where teams of goalkeepers battle it out against each other with plenty of shooting and even more saves! In the afternoon the goalkeepers join the strikers from our Striker School for our shooting games in Keepers V Strikers and play matches within our Champions League tournament, to put their training to the test!

STRIKER SCHOOL…KICKS OFF NEXT WEEK! ⚽️

Striker School welcomes all ages and abilities to our camps. Whilst branded as Striker School we welcome all, strikers, defenders and midfielders! We just focus on what young footballers love to do… SCORE GOALS!

There are plenty of shooting and finishing drills and games to improve the techniques of our Strikers. As well as drills to develop dribbling, passing, control, attacking and defending. We play plenty of small sided matches ensuring players get plenty of time on the ball to learn and develop through conditions games.

Our coaches guide the players through our sessions where they learn both attacking and defending play and develop problem solving and decision making in 1v1s, 2v2s and 3v3 games.

Our strikers test their attacking play with shooting and finishing games in our challenge Keepers V Strikers!

Match play is developed in our competitive champions league tournament too!
