There's a week to celebrate everything these days and today is a start of 👨🍳British Cookery School's Week👨🍳
We are members of the ICSA, Independent Cookery Schools Association , which is the only regulatory body for cookery schools in the UK. We are inspected and assessed so, If you're signing up for a cookery course anywhere, look for the ‘ICSA Kite Mark Of Quality’ to be assured of an accredited teaching experience.
A multitude of themes have been set for the week: Cook well for less’: Learn from the experts: Sustainable Cooking, Healthy Eating - and all of those are right up our street.
Let's start with 'Learn from the Experts' because if you are free next Saturday 11th Oct and you want to improve your culinary skills, there are two places left on French Cookery Classics class. Tutor Catherine Maxwell is a fully qualified chef and teacher who has worked for Michel Roux Jnr and in other fine dining establishments. Customers describe her teaching style as "... calm, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable."
