A slice of creamy cauliflower tart served with fresh veg and ham or makes a lovely addition to a Sunday Roast! (…in later today).

Plus I’ve been trialling a little afternoon tea for one 🍰☕️

Finger sandwiches, a homemade scone with cream & jam, shortbread and a brownie – all for the bargain price of just £4 while I test the waters.
