This is our Party Pack 2.
The smaller pack contains plates, bowls and cups for 15 guests plus 2 serving bowls, 2 serving trays and 2 jugs. Comes complete with a wipe clean tablecloth and Happy Birthday bunting.
Available to hire for £10 and you don’t even have to wash up!

Larger packs available and different colours available too along with other items of serveware like chip n dips trays and tins.

And so it begins ….. saw these in Tesco on Monday!

For those of you who will indulge in these, don’t forget to save your empty tubs. We collected just under 400 tubs earlier this year in aid of MacMillan, let’s push for 500 this year!

We will be collecting again and are happy to take donations at any time!

This is great, banning balloon releases 👏 👏 👏
Let’s hope UK follow suit soon with this one too.

Spain is set to ban people from releasing disposable balloons, and throwing wet wipes down the toilet, in a bid to protect its rivers and seas from plastic pollution.

The new law will also make wet wipe manufacturers cover the cost of cleaning up their products from the country’s clogged sewers and water-treatment plants.

Balloons and wet wipes are among the top 10 most common single-use plastic items littering European beaches. Both can also lead to animal ingestion, entanglement, and injury or death, particularly for seabirds and turtles.

The draft decree is a great example of how governments can step in to help limit plastic pollution, particularly for the worst offenders. So which single-use plastic item would you most like to see banned?

I recently spoke about what we do at the Party Kit Network - how it all began, how party kits work, and the many ways they make a difference. But what I really wanted to share was the vision of the future we’re striving for.

One day, we will no longer need the Party Kit Network.

Every community will have a party kit, and everyone will know how to access it.

Reusing will be second nature.

And our rebuilt community connections will mean that sharing is simply how we live.

We won’t even remember why we ever did things differently. 💚

Callahan Creations on Mansefield Close Desborough bas kindly agreed to be a drop off point in town.

Tubs can still be dropped off with us on The Grange but if town centre is easier for you then pop in to The Shop.

Greene King have confirmed that the tub2pub campaign will return in 2025. They collected a huge 150,000 tubs during this years campaign raising over £12k for Macmillan.

We will be collecting these tubs again over the coming months, in fact we’ve already started!

Please keep us in mind between now and February 2025 when you have these types of tubs (sweets, chocolates, crackers) that you have finished with.

So for Halloween, Christmas or any other occasion you enjoy a tub of treats just get in touch to arrange dropping off your empties with us so that we can store, collect and drop off in February 2025!

We have lots of decorations that can be hired with our party kits to avoid balloon use.

Please do not release balloons!

Erik discovered a cluster of eleven balloons in the hayfield this afternoon. They were rapidly losing helium and would soon have been invisible, easily ensnared by machinery during mowing, raking, or baling. Such an oversight could lead to these balloons being ingested by cows, horses, or goats during winter feedings. Unfortunately, consuming these materials can be lethal for animals, leading to choking or intestinal blockages. The long strings attached to balloons can get tangled in the bale, making it hard for the animals to detect what they are eating until it’s too late.

So, when planning your next party, please consider alternatives to balloons. Releasing them, whether by accident or on purpose, constitutes littering and poses serious risks to both domestic animals and wildlife.
