Hi everyone,
I thought it was probably time I reintroduced myself as I know I have some lovely new followers on my instagram and pages. Firstly I want to thank you all for following my page and helping me grow my business, every like share and comment is greatly appreciated.
My name is Ciara, first and foremost I am a wife and mum to 3 amazing children. I am a chartered physiotherapist and graduated from the University of Ulster in 2010. Since graduation I have spent my working life between muskculoskeletal and community physio posts. That is until 5 years ago, when I took a leap of faith and gained my specialist post as a Specialist Lymphoedema Physiotherapist. The knowledge and skills I have learned in this post have blown me away. I am trainned in one of the 4 recognised schools of lymphatic drainage, the Casely Smith method. I am also trainned in the APPI pilates method and have been lucky enough to teach Pilates over the last 4 years, it has become a real passion of mines. Over the last year I have further expanded my skills and gained my diploma in reflexology and completed the Sally Kay method of Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
I am delighted to say that after much consideration over the years I have finally decided to offer my skills and expertise in the world of lymphoedema and lymphatic drainage privately. I plan to offer this service from beautiful clinic here in my hometown!
