I’M BAAAAACK! 💐💍

Sorry for going a little quiet… I’ve only gone and got myself a HUSBAND! 🤭🤍

After the most magical wedding and some much-needed newlywed downtime, I’m back in the flower world and it’s FULL STEAM AHEAD! 🌸

First things first, a mountain of admin to tackle and to all those lovely messages sitting in my inbox… I SEE YOU! 👀 I’ll be getting back to you all as quickly as I can!

A little update on what’s happening this week…

🌷 FRIDAY – Fresh flowers are arriving! So if you fancy treating yourself or someone special to a gorgeous bunch of blooms, drop me a message to get your orders in!

🍂 AUTUMN WREATHS – I’ve got an itch to get creating some gorgeous, wild and wonderfully textured autumnal wreaths. Think abundant foliages, seasonal berries, rich autumn tones and sumptuous burnt orange velvet ribbons. Proper countryside autumn loveliness! 🍁 Any takers?! 👀

🌿 SUNDAY – You’ll find me at the Happy Valley Wilderness Wedding Fair! I can’t wait to chat all things wedding flowers with some lovely couples!

The wedding bubble was wonderful, but I’ve missed my flowers and I’m SO ready to get stuck back in!

Sorry for the radio silence… I’ve only been off getting myself a HUSBAND! 💍🤍

Swapped the flower buckets for wedding bells and currently enjoying some much-needed R&R with my wonderful new husband! 🥂

But fear not, it’s back to the floral madness next week! 🌸✂️

Autumn blooms, Norfolk floristry and lots of exciting Christmas plans are calling… 🍂🎄

Mrs Dries will be back in business very soon! 🤎

Desperately clinging onto the last of the summer blooms whilst simultaneously getting VERY excited about autumn 🍂🌸

There really should be a word for this seasonal floral identity crisis?!

For now, I’ll be over here mixing dahlias with berries, seed heads and all the autumnal texture I can get my hands on 🤌🏼

THE FLORIST IS GETTING MARRIED!!! 💍🌸🤍

It’s finally my turn to be the bride! 🥹

I’ll be taking a little break from the flowers to soak up every second of getting married, celebrating and enjoying some much-needed newlywed time 🥂✨

I won’t be taking any orders from 28th September – 13th October.

My order book will reopen from 14th October and I’ll be back, married, refreshed and ready to flower your lovely orders again 🌷

Florist confessions I probably shouldn’t be putting on the internet… 👀🌷

10 years as a florist and apparently some things never change. I still get nervous handing over orders, my floristry scissors have multiple job roles, and we do NOT discuss the bucket of doom. 😂

And yes, I’m judging the supermarket flowers. Respectfully. 🌚

We KNOW we bang on about texture… but LOOK AT IT 🤌🏼🍂

Autumn flowers just do it better. Layers, movement, wispy bits, berries, grasses, foliage and all those gorgeous little details that take a bouquet from pretty to properly interesting.

Because colour gets your attention… but texture makes you stare 👀🌾
