The June calendar is here!

The usual suspects are &

Starting this Saturday the 6th I might be starting from 4pm at Little Darley's. If it proves popular then going forward I will be starting around 4pm (weather forecast dependent) and staying as usual till 8pm-ish or sell out.

Eyup folks, May calendar 📆 is here!

Starting today with No. 189 in Allestree and then back to regular schedule The Five Lamps every other Friday and Little Darley in the Park on Saturdays.

I'm off the middle week of May and my van needs a little TLC so no pop-ups on 15th and 16th.

I'm still looking for some help with some pop ups and private events. I'm after someone with some experience with pizza prep and oven use. If you have Gozney or Ooni ovens in your garden and know what's what and want to gain some experience, hit me up.

Food Safety Certificate Level 2 minimum will be required.

This bank holiday weekend you can find me at No.189 in Allestree (garage courtyard) on Friday the 1st of May and as usual on Saturday I will be outside Little Darley's in Darley Abbey

Please be aware that wait times are unpredictable, and it tends to get very busy quickly. I strongly recommend arriving early to avoid potential delays and enjoy a drink while you wait for your pizza. See you soon!

April calendar 📆 is here folks!

Starting with The Five Lamps this Friday and the last Friday of the month and as always I will be outside Little Darley in the Park a few times, as well. Mixture of Fridays and Saturdays.

- 3rd & 24th April - Five Lamps
- 4th, 11th, 17th, 25th - Little Daley's

I'm looking for some help with pop ups and private events. I'm after someone with some experience with pizza prep and oven use. If you have Gozney or Ooni ovens in your garden and know what's what and want to gain some experience, hit me up.

Food Safety Certificate Level 2 minimum will be required if successful, but it is a short and cheap course online and can be done in a short sitting.

As always you will find me at The Five Lamps every other Friday

Also, this month and in the future I will spend a lot of time outside Little Darley in the Park

• 6th, 7th, 14th, 20th, 21st & 28th of March I'm at Little Darley in the Park
• 13th & 27th of March - Five Lamps

As always contact me for info regarding private events.

Ps. I will be looking for some help probably from April onwards for some, if not most, of my pop-ups and private events. I will need someone to help with taking orders and dealing with customers, but ideally someone who can help with the oven and or making pizzas. Hit me up if you know someone. Would you be interested if I started serving some small desserts alongside my pizzas? Perhaps on the last weekend of the month? Vote in the poll below. I will leave it up as long as it needs to be there for me to get some reliable information.

I don't want to introduce any new allergens (especially nuts) so I'd be leaning towards nut free cannoli and tiramisu but I just want your opinion.

I'm putting this out there only to gauge the interest for now. I might trial it one weekend soon.
