We’re Hiring – Pickleball Coach (Part Time)

Something new is landing at Willows… and we need the right person to lead it 👀

We’re launching pickleball and looking for a coach to run fun, social sessions for adults and kids.

You don’t need to be a pickleball expert.

If you’re a tennis or padel coach, or have a strong racket sport background, we’d love to hear from you, too.

Hours:

• Initially 1–2 shifts per week (part-time)
• Opportunity to grow as sessions expand

What we’re looking for:

• Confident leading groups
• Good energy and personality
• Able to make sessions fun and inclusive
• Happy working with mixed abilities and ages

What you’ll be doing:

• Running open play and coached sessions
• Helping grow a brand new sport at Willows
• Creating a great atmosphere on court
