Elf balloons can be collected from Hilton DE65 5GU, or delivered to local areas (free delivery to Hilton and Etwall, small charge to nearby surrounding areas). Payment must be made in advance using either PayPal ([email protected]) or bank transfer. Unfortunately, due to demand, we can not hold your order until payment has been received. Balloons can be collected/delivered on the evening on 30th November (other days are available if required).

We also provide balloon modelling, festival glitter, glitter tattoos, cheek and forehead painting for parties, events and corporate functions. Fully insured and DBS checked.
