Our second Motown Brunch at Nicco Restaurant & Bar was another unforgettable evening, with a packed dance floor from start to finish!

For this event, we strive to bring something extra special, so alongside the incredible atmosphere and great food, we supplied a talented five-piece live band featuring two outstanding female vocalists, bass, drums and keys. There’s simply no substitute for that authentic Motown sound, and our musicians looked the part too, dressed to reflect the era that inspired the music we all know and love.

The inspiration for these events came from watching A night at the Proms Northern Soul event at the Royal Albert Hall. Seeing the energy, passion and love for the music reminded us just how popular Motown and Northern Soul remain. We knew we wanted to create something more than a typical DJ event and give people the chance to experience these timeless classics performed live.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. You are the reason we love what we do. There’s nothing better than seeing people escape for a few hours, singing along, dancing with friends and leaving with smiles on their faces.

What a launch night! ✨

We were delighted to coordinate the entertainment for the launch of After Hours, the brand-new Saturday night experience at Nicco Restaurant & Bar

To create an unforgettable guest journey, we supplied:
🎷 Live saxophone player
🥁 Static and roaming drummer
✨ A stunning pair of dancers in golden goddess costumes
🔥 An elegant fire performer
🎈 Branded helium balloons lining the guest entrance

The atmosphere throughout the evening was electric, and one comment stood out above all others:

“I feel like I’m in Dubai!”

After spending four years in the UAE creating entertainment experiences for some of the world’s most luxurious venues and brands, that was a compliment we were incredibly proud to receive.

A recent styling project we were delighted to be part of for Derbyshire County Cricket Club 🏏🌸

We were invited to elevate two VIP hospitality boxes for special guests attending the England Ladies International match, with a particular focus on transforming the outdoor patio spaces into welcoming and stylish areas for guests to enjoy throughout the day.

To create a vibrant and impactful look, we opted for bold, bright florals paired with coordinating outdoor rugs, bringing colour, texture and a premium finish to the spaces. Our team designed and produced four bespoke planters, supplied four topiary trees and installed two outdoor rugs to complete the transformation.

As always, our service included full on-site set up, ensuring everything was perfectly styled and ready for guests’ arrival.

We’re proud to have helped enhance the hospitality experience for such a fantastic event and look forward to working on more exciting venue styling projects in the future.

Here we go again… 💃✨

Our FOURTH Mamma Mia Experience at Nicco Restaurant & Bar and this one hit different. 200 guests, a fully refreshed show, and the energy from start to finish was unreal.

We brought this much-loved brunch back because you asked for it… and you did not disappoint. From singalongs to bingo and our brand new finish the lyrics game, plus a show-stopping stilt walker meet & greet, the room was buzzing all afternoon.

We were absolutely delighted to be invited back to support Blue Mountain Homes with their annual awards event at Derbyshire County Cricket Club 💛

This is always such a special event to be part of, celebrating the incredible work they do supporting children and young people across the East Midlands.

This year’s brief… Easter Festival vibes 🐣🌈
Think bright, bold, fun – and we fully leaned into it!

We brought the theme to life with:
🌼 18 welly boot table centres with grass plates & mini rabbits
🌼 Easter-themed table confetti
🌼 A grass photo wall with organic balloon garland
🌼 A gold sequin welcome arch with florals & Easter props
🌼 Welcome easel signage
🌼 A brilliant face painter (a huge hit with the children!)
🌼 Digital photo booth with prints & props
🌼 Live entertainment from the incredible KPop Superstars

But what truly made this event special was the atmosphere in the room – full of energy, joy, and celebration.

✨ Turning firsts into unforgettable nights ✨

We recently had the absolute pleasure of supporting Mitie with their Annual Partnership Awards, and it was a big one…

This was the first time they’d brought in an Event Planner, with one very clear brief:

💡 “We want as many lights as a Coldplay concert.”

Challenge accepted.

Working within budget, we leaned heavily into AV to truly elevate the space, featuring a digital screen, digital dance floor, and impactful lighting design that transformed the room from the moment guests arrived. LED lighting flowed through every detail, from table centres to party favours, creating that full immersive glow.

Behind the scenes, we collaborated closely with the client’s creative agency to shape the awards experience, from the overall look and feel to hand-selecting music for every presenter and winner (because those moments matter ✨).

On the night, we delivered:
• Organic balloon welcome entrance
• Dramatic curtained LED entrance reveal
• Orb balloons & grand feathered centrepieces
• DJ, singer & sax player 🎶
• Digital Photo Booth & Props
• XL 360 Photo Booth
• Large LED Light Up Letters
• Full AV and Engineer team
• Event management & awards show calling

The result? A high-energy, feel-good celebration that truly reflected the scale and importance of the occasion.

Back at the RTC Awards for Ganymede Solutions ✨

Always a pleasure to return to Derby Conference Centre for the second year running, supporting this brilliant event.

This year’s setup featured a clean and classic corporate palette of white, navy and silver the perfect combination for an elegant awards evening.

We supplied:
• 15 hand-produced table centrepieces
• 140 chair covers with coordinating sashes
• Large light-up letters
• A 3-table casino experience including roulette & blackjack, complete with professional croupiers 🎲
