The Parent & Baby Business Networking Brunch
Connection, collaboration & community for those supporting families through pregnancy, birth & beyond

This is a pop-up brunch event designed to bring together business owners who support families, whether you run baby & parent yoga classes, fitness sessions for mums, dad support groups, back-to-work support, breastfeeding services, or anything in between, if your business supports parents and babies, this space is for you.

Inside the room, it’s not about awkward introductions or surface-level conversations…

It’s about genuinely connecting with others who understand your world.
Sharing experiences, learning from each other’s journeys, and opening the door to meaningful collaboration opportunities.

Welcome to our little team, part of the wider The Ribbons Network Team!

We (Tara and Karen) have just recently welcomed Jane to our team to expand our location to now be running monthly morning networking meetings in , and .

The great thing is, that we have all come together through the power of networking and have all been members of The Ribbons Network ourselves before starting and running our own groups.

We've seen the value that being part of this membership organisation which is a support-led network can have a huge impact on us and our businesses outside of The Ribbons Network and want to help and support others to be part of it too!

Each month at The Ribbons Network we work hard to create a focussed activity based around one of our four pillars.

This month our focus is Build Relationships month and in each of our meetings we’ve set the activity for all professionals in the room to:

Be specific on who their BEST customer is and why, then with their pair create a story to introduce -
🎀 Who they are
🎀 What they do
🎀 Who their best customer is & why
🎀 Where they can find more of them
🎀 Which would make a great referral!

The most effective part is that they introduced each other in our 30 seconds of power which allowed them to refine it either more a great really clear on the message they were communicating!

This is just a snippet of some of the types of activities that are included in EVERY morning meeting you will attend at The Ribbons Network!
