I have no idea how, but we are approaching 12 years of Jules!! So to celebrate we are doing a fabulous giveaway. We are giving one lucky person the chance to win a spectacular Space NK Beauty Advent Calendar, bursting with over £1,200 worth of gorgeous beauty treats! 💋✨

Some brides just have that special something. That infectious zest for life, a personality that lights up a room and an energy that makes you smile. And Freya, you were absolutely one of those brides! 💖

It was such a joy to be part of your bridal journey. From putting your trust in us, to seeing everything come together on your wedding morning, it really was such a special privilege..

And what a setting! The stunning Number 42, in Margate, GuestHouse overlooking those beautiful golden sands. 🌊

We had the absolute pleasure of delivering Freya’s dress on the morning of her wedding, with our The DreamSteam delivery and steaming service ensuring everything was perfectly prepared for her to step straight into. ✨🤍✨

And because we love those little personal touches, we even used the offcuts from Freya’s dress to create the sweetest matching bow for Margot! 🐾🎀

It is these little details, these wonderful connections and the trust our brides place in us that make what we do so incredibly special.🫶🏻

So, who is Lisa, and how did she become part of The Bridal Boutique of Jules? ❤️

Well, our story goes back many, MANY moons ago, when we were both fresh-faced twenty-somethings working as flight attendants for Virgin Atlsntic! ✈️❤️💜🩷 🌎

We met in the galley of a 747 and hit it off straight away and spent some of the most incredible years travelling the world, having far too much fun and making memories that will last a lifetime.🥹

There are certainly a few stories we could tell… and probably a few we shouldn’t! 😂🤭

One particular trip to Las Vegas springs to mind, when we emerged from a nightclub at 7am, in broad daylight! Naturally, in true Virgin Atlantic style, we headed straight back to the hotel to make the most of our complimentary breakfast! 😂

Those really were the days!

We both worked across Economy and First Class, and while I eventually hung up my wings, Lisa continued flying before moving into customer service training. And if there’s one thing Virgin Atlantic knows how to do, it’s look after people! It’s all about the Virgin Flair apparently!! ❤️💜🩷

Fast-forward quite a few years, and our paths were about to cross professionally once again- who’d have thought!!

A couple of years ago, when I was considering handing over some of the reins at Jules due to my health, Lisa and I had a conversation about her potentially joining me. The timing wasn’t quite right, and with Lisa living a little further away, we couldn’t quite make it work. But I remember saying to her, “Watch this space. Bear with me.”

And here we are, all these years after our Virgin Atlantic adventures, working side by side once again. Only this time, we’ve swapped aircraft aisles for bridal aisles! ❤️💜🩷🤍

And I couldn’t be happier to have her as part of our little Jules family.
