Little Rant Review 💥
Last night a customer and her daughter left me 2 bad reviews on Google about a delivery we completed on good friday. The lady ordered a Seasonal Pink, White and Purple handtied Bouquet (that comes gift wrapped, in a bubble of water and bag).
The next day the customer called and asked if we did exactly as she asked, I replied yes as I made and delivered it my self.
A family member that visited the receipent took the bouquet out of the wrapping etc and placed it into a vase. Now, I dont have control of family members taking the bouquet out of its packaging.
The customer isn't happy that this has happened and said I didn't do what I was suppose to do. Luckily, the care home took a photo of my lovely bouquet and sent it to me this morning to prove that I did do exactly what the customer asked.
The customer has refused to take down the bad reviews as she isn't happy that it wasn't in the gift wrapping.
I work so hard in this shop going above and beyond for my customers, I always order the flowers you want etc. I feel so upset that a customer and her daughter could leave bad reviews on my google page for the shop when it wasn't my fault.
