Hi everybody we just thought we’d like to let all our customers know that outdoor bookings have been suspended for today due to the rain I would like to get everybody’s opinion on something. Probably a bad idea but here we go so we’ve had a couple of customers kicking off us this morning saying that we are unprofessional due to we have messaged them and stated at a booking has been cancelled due to the weather now please can everybody remember that we also have to think about everybody safety while using the equipment and if we filled that the weather is unsafe we have the right to postpone or cancel jobs with this particular customer. I was very happy to postpone but straight away the customer said that I am unprofessional because I didn’t call but I text but I would like to add I was driving at the time, so please everybody understand that we have to think about your safety as well whilst using our equipment. We have never had an accident and we don’t want to start. Thank you for everybody’s understanding.

Hi everyone so about 1230 today one of our drivers that we fought at first was broken down was actually hit in the side by a HGV. We understand that customers will be upset and frustrated with Bouncy Castle‘s deliveries been delayed but our main focus is on our workforce. Most of our customers have been absolutely lovely about the situation and we have gone above and beyond to make sure that your bookings are still being fulfilled, we have had a couple of customers that have had a bit of a issue with situation but we would like to thank all the lovely customers that I’ve been very supportive and accommodating in this situation our driver luckily is okay and is now in hospital so please bear with us as we are trying our very best to deal with the backlog

Hi everyone as you know our new website goes live this week with our new booking system we have a package designed for the new website and we have a couple of new Bouncy castles in inflatables for the new website too this package with TwisterGame and 8 x 11‘Bouncy Castle for just £100 a day higher
We will start taking bookings for the new twister and 8 x 11 Bouncy Castle when the new website goes live this week then you’ll be able to book on our website. The Castle on its own is £70 a day and a twister game is £65 a day.

Hi everyone, we’ve had a complaint today. A customer filled out our booking request form. Resent an email back out to them saying we wouldn’t be able to do the job due to school fates we believe the customer thought that they had a confirmed booking by filling out our booking request form. Please remember when you fill out our request form from us. It’s not confirmation of booking a confirmation of booking. You’ll have a booking ID I booking confirmation email. we are also having our emails investigated due to this complaint. Can customers please check that they have a confirmation of booking with a booking reference/ID thank you for everyone’s continual support
