My favourite at any one moment is the most recent to start flowering!

However my long term favourite flower is Bleeding Heart. I love the shape of each flower - like a little heart with a teardrop underneath and the way they elegantly arranged along the stem. It makes me think about how amazing nature is every time I see it.

It is the flower that 30 odd years ago got me interested in growing, I spotted it in a friend’s garden and it just made me think ‘wow’ - what is that? Is it real?

For Sam who married Daniel on Saturday. The brief was meadowy - blush and navy to match her shoes! With a touch of eucalyptus for her Aussie home.

Thank you to for the extra blues.

The many colours of an early May bouquet...this lot have all left here this weekend. One is a very belated Mother's Day bunch (for my mum), another celebrated a ruby wedding, two were ordered from New Zealand...

If you'd like one and you&re local then just get in touch! (If not so local try Flowers from the Farm - there will be someone near you!)

Spotted this, and thought the colour coordination was superb! 👌

I've been very quiet on here for a while... there's lots going on, but it's mostly not very pretty!

We're increasing the size of the flower farm - by the summer it will be twice as big as last year - which is really exciting, but at the moment is just really muddy!

Plus the spring jobs of seed sowing, pruning, weeding and planting out have all started.

Took a break this afternoon for the Leamington Hastings Snowdrop festival (first pic).

Pic 2 - agapanthus roots on the move
Pic 3 - larkspur seedlings planted out
