On October 7th, join us for an exclusive Munchkin x The Mum Club event at The Merlin | Alderley Edge featuring:

• An introduction to Munchkin’s weaning journey, they are with you at every stage, from exploring new flavours, textures and supporting your little one learning to feed themselves.
• Expert guest speaker Catherine Lippe, discussing all things weaning

NEW EVENT! We’re back for September with a dedicated mum and baby morning in Goostrey - perfect for mums around Holmes Chapel, Knutsford, Northwich, Macclesfield, Middlewich, Crewe and Congleton alike to reach!

Enjoy a postpartum friendly hour mum focused work out with private use of female led gym, where little ones can use the play area and toys, followed by heading over to the adjoining cafe for our coffee club - barista drinks and freshly baked cakes/pastries, while we have a relax and make mum friends!

We're back for a mum morning, combining our mum + baby fitness meet ups with our coffee clubs! Join us for an hour, female led mum and baby workout session in Goostrey, followed by barista drinks and fresh bakes at the Goostrey Home + Leisure Cafe on Sept 15th.

Play mat and toys for the littles, wellness gifts for the mums, and a morning dedicated to you!

Just because we have our little ones with us, it shouldn’t mean we miss out on reformer pilates! We hosted our reforrmer pilates mum social at in Knutsford last week, with sparkling drinks, protein snacks and croissants, alongside a play area for the little ones.

It’s so lovely seeing mums getting outta the house and into our friendly community, we’re all in the same boat juggling babies and children while trying to do things for ourselves!

Crewe - we’re coming to you!

Join The Mum Club™️ Cheshire East and Jen - Infant Sleep Consultant for our August coffee club, bringing mums together at the fabulous and spacious Crewe Market Hall. Come with bump, babies, toddlers and beyond as we survive the summer holidays together and make new local mum friends.

Gain hands on advice and insight into baby sleeps and naps with our expert sleep consultant, offering a talk to mums sharing tips and advice, alongside a play mat and toy area for the little ones.

Reformer Pilates you can bring your baby to? Count us in!

Join us next week on Tues 28th July as we bring Reformer Pilates to Knutsford after lots of demand! We’ve teamed up with MK Reformed | Reformer Pilates Studios to host a dedicated 11 mum fitness club, taking to the reformers, to try a postpartum friendly Pilates session.

Although best for non moving babies, we are always open to anyone attending- with bump, baby, or toddler in tow. Babies can lie next to the machines or we will have a play mat and toys area set up with myself. Plus, the instructors are very hands on with helping with the littles!

As always, the session will follow with a mum social, enjoying post work out drinks and protein cookies and snacks while we can enjoy while chatting to other mums and letting the babes kick around!
