The first leaves are starting to fall, and the autumnal colours are beginning to appear here in Sunnyhurst Wood. We think there’s something rather magical about this time of year. ✨

Wedding photographs are particularly beautiful when the wood shows her golden colours, with carpets of fallen leaves beneath your feet and the trees putting on their spectacular autumn display.

And of course, you can bring those autumn vibes inside too, with beautiful rusts, deep reds, warm oranges and all those gorgeous cosy autumnal tones.

✨ WE'RE LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER! ✨

One of our lovely girls is heading off to university, which means an opening is coming up in our little team here at The Olde England Kiosk. 💚

We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person aged 18+ to join us on a casual basis, working mainly around our functions and events.

🍃 The role

Most of our functions take place on Saturdays, with occasional Sundays available too. Hours will vary depending on our events, making this ideal for someone looking for casual work.

The role will include bar work and serving guests, as well as helping the rest of our team to keep our weddings and events running smoothly.

Prior experience is preferred but not a necessity as we are more than happy to train the right bubbly person for our team.

We're a small, friendly team, so we're looking for someone who is happy to muck in, work hard and help us give our guests the lovely experience they're expecting when they visit us. 🥰

🖤 A Little Dark Romance…

We recently welcomed an incredible team of creatives from Dark Wedding Collective to The Olde England Kiosk for a styled shoot inspired by dark romance, ghostly beauty and the kind of love story that feels like it belongs in an old gothic novel.

We wanted to create something that showed another side of the Kiosk — because your wedding doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

If your idea of romance is a little darker, a little more dramatic, or perhaps just a little bit different… we’re here for that. 🖤

And honestly, we think the results are rather magical.
