Fire, salt, smoke and the very best Devon produce. 🔥🦞🥩
This surf & turf feast brought together some of our favourite suppliers and ingredients, all cooked the way they should be – over live fire.
Seafood from the incredible team Mark Lobb Wild Food Devon, alongside our favourite cut of beef from Pipers Farm – beautifully marbled picanha, cooked medium rare and sliced straight from the grill.
On the menu:
🦪 Bacon, spinach & four-cheese Rockefeller oysters
🦀 Fresh Devon crab
🧀 Brown crab & Camembert dip cooked in the shell
🦞 Whole lobsters
🐙 Chargrilled octopus – one of the most sustainable and delicious seafoods available
🍅 Tuna steaks with tomatillo salsa
🥩 Picanha beef cooked over fire
Served with fresh seasonal salads, buttered new potatoes, aioli and chimichurri.
Simple ingredients. Incredible produce. Fire and smoke doing the rest.
