Fluffy Chicks - Parent & Toddler Group is back! For those with littles, come on down to Damerham Village Hall on Tuesday for their first session of term 🐥
🐣 Hi! We're back on Tuesday 9th September!
We hope you've all had a great summer 😎 and we can't wait to see you next week! There's a lot of information below about what to expect at our playgroup over the next few weeks, the schedule for our sessions, and a small change to our fees (you can find this info pinned at the top of our page). We will also be announcing some EVENT dates soon so keep checking!
✨️ Tuesday 9th September - we think that little ones wearing something colourful (should they wish to) will help celebrate our return and the last of the summer. We'll have the parachute out for some fun too!
Craft: rainbow hangers 🌈
✨️ Tuesday 16th September - we encourage little ones to wear a costume, t-shirt or accessory from their favourite book, fairytale, film or TV show (but this is not compulsory). There will be some balloons and bubbles during our song and story time 🤗
Craft: crown and wand making (these were a hit at the Damerham Fair and Horticultural Show)
✨️ Tuesday 23rd September - 'About Me' week will run as normal, so come as you are and enjoy a typical Fluffy Chicks session!
Craft: paper plate faces and paper dolls
✨️ Session Schedule - we will aim to keep to these timings at each session (which are only likely to change when we run event weeks):
9.30am - freeplay and craft activity
10am - song and story time
10.20am - snacks
10.40am - freeplay and craft activity
11.15am - tidy up time
11.25am - goodbyes
✨ ️Fees
- £3 per child - this will remain the same
-£1.50 per additional child aged 1 and over, capped at £7.50 per group
We will continue to honour low entry fees for as long as possible but having reviewed our budget, we are increasing the price for additional children aged 1 and over from 50p per additional child to £1.50 due to the rising cost of groceries. We are capping the total though, which will work out at £7.50 for a group of 4 children or more. We hope you understand our reasons for this change and as always, we appreciate your ongoing support for our playgroup.
