A beautiful end to wedding szn 🫶🏻🌱
We LOVED catering Becky & Chris’s wedding in West Wales, super proud of the food we served and the response was outstanding. A good bunch of the 90 people were vegan, so it was amazing to see their faces at being able to eat everything on offer! 🥳
The main event was mostly based on Indian foods, featuring:
Peshwari naans & boiled rice 🫓🍚
L*mb malai kofta curry, ch*cken tikka masala, butter tofu 🥘
Tandoori charred vegetables, aloo chaat, ch*cken tikka skewers, mustard seed-crumbed tofu, aloo tikka 🥙🥔
Kachumber salad, coconut sambal, lime pickle, mint yoghurt, mango chutney, cucumber raita, turmeric onion raita, coriander chutney 🥗🥥🥒
With mango lassi cheesecake for dessert 🥭🍰
The late-night snack was loaded nachos, topped with:
Refried beans, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños, pickled onions, and cheese sauce 🫘🥑🌶️
We also catered the rehearsal dinner the night before, serving up an exciting new take on our Chinese sharers! Showcasing:
Our brand new crispy chilli b*ef, r*bs in plum sauce, sweet & sour tofu, vegetable spring rolls, tofu fried rice, stir-fry noodles, and salt & pepper chips 🇨🇳
It was a serious honour to cater Becky & Chris’s wedding, we convinced a lot of people that plant-based food can be seriously delicious, and definitely made a few new fans! 🥹💚
